Shipping Info

We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all handbag orders shipped within the continental United States. Orders exceeding $650 (Bicycle Baskets) require additional shipping charges due to the size and weight of the shipping crate. 

If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at infoCharlestonCarry@gmail.com. Bicycle Basket orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, and we are not able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Each handbag is handmade to order and is unique, so it takes 1-2 weeks to ship your order. Bicycle Basket orders are custom made to order and you will be notified by email of an expected shipping time frame.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped or if there is any delay beyond our normal shipping time.

What methods do you ship?
Almost all orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 Day Priority or UPS Ground.

When will I receive my order?
You will receive your handbag order typically within 2-3 weeks once your order is processed. You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number via email when your order has shipped.

Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. You will be notified by email regarding any expected delays.

Shipment Refusal
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. 

All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.
